Q: I keep getting the message that the Printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. I have re-installed the printhead but the message remains. I have Windows 10. what else can I try? Never had a problem before.

A: If you have it installed it properly, it means its sensor doesn't detect print head properly. In this case, there are two options to fix it. The very first suggestion is, clean your print head properly and then re-install it again, as this video tutorial has explained the procedure properly. If this doesn't work then secondly we suggest you to please clean its sensor itself properly.
